The first skill needed for being able to produce stuff is the skill Industry - without it, it would be impossible to use BPO and BPC drawings. Any drawing has a list of all the skills needed for production, copying, or research of a specific item (see the info about the drawing), but there is a set of skills that are useful in any case, if you intend to engage in production or research:
Laboratory Operation - increases the maximum of laboratory slots used at a time (+1 per Level, if this skill is not trained, only 1 slot will be accessible).
Advanced Laboratory Operation - the same thing, for example, Laboratory Operation level 5 and Advanced Laboratory Operation 4 levels enable simultaneous use of 10 slots.
Advanced Laboratory Operation - the same thing, for example, Laboratory Operation level 5 and Advanced Laboratory Operation 4 levels enable simultaneous use of 10 slots.
Science - increases the speed of copying drawings by +5% per Level .
Metallurgy - increases the speed of research of drawings by +5% per Level, which affects the efficiency of production.
Research - increases the speed of research of drawings 5% per Level, which affects the rate of production.
Scientific Networking - allows you to use the lab remotely. If you do not have this skill, then the character and BPO need to be in the laboratory for research.
Mass Production - increases by 1 unit per skill Level the maximum number of simultaneously used production lines (if there is no skill, you can use only one production line).
Advanced Mass Production - the same - increases the number of simultaniously used production lines. Having Mass Production and Advanced Mass Production of Level 5 you can simultaneously use 11 production lines.
Supply Chain Management — is a skill similar to Scientific Networking, but allows you to remotely use the production lines without requiring the presence of the character near the line for production.
